How to make a reservation

Reservations can be made through our official line or by phone.
It is possible to come to our clinic without an appointment. We recommend that you make an appointment in advance to ensure a smooth visit.

What to bring on the day

Photo identification
Insurance policy
Vaccine record book, etc.
Photo IDs should be passport (photocopies are acceptable) or Thai driver's license or ID card.

  Cash or credit cards (VISA MASTER JCB) are accepted.
  If you have insurance, please inform receptionist.
