Q. Can I pay by credit card?
A.
Yes, we accept payment by VISA, MASTER, JCB, and UnionPay cards. For other payment options, please refer to About Payment (*link to About Payment page).
Q. What are your belongings?
A.
Outpatient examination: Please bring your passport (photocopy is acceptable), travel insurance, and your medication or medication notebook, if you have one. Routine Health Examination: Please bring your medical questionnaire, specimen, passport (photocopy is acceptable), travel insurance, and medication or health notebook if you have one. Medical Examination for Work Permit: Please bring your passport (photocopy is acceptable), travel insurance, and three 4x6 photos (white background, hair not covering the ears).
Q. Can I use Japanese National Health Insurance or Social Insurance?
A.
You will be required to pay the full amount once you return to Japan, but depending on the nature of your treatment, you may be able to claim a partial refund after you return home. Please contact your health insurance association for details on how to apply.
Q. Can I claim the company for the cost of treatment?
A.
If there is a contract between our clinic and the company you work for, we can bill your company. If you wish to do so, please provide us with the Red Invoice information at the reception desk.
Q. Is there parking available?
A.
Yes, it is located in the basement of mPlaza.
