DYM clinic only serves clients who have made an appointment. Please contact us via hotlines below in working hours to make a reservation at least 03 days before coming:

All clients are required to take a Covid-19 antigen rapid test before entering the clinic.
Please maintain distance and wear a mask at all times (unless you are told not to by medical staffs for examination purposes).

General preparation

• ・Please do not consume food and any energy drinks (sugary drinks) or tea, coffee at least 8 hours before your health check-up to ensure accurate test results.
• ・Please prepare in advance your medical and family history (if any).
• ・Please bring along with you any X-rays, test results or prescriptions related to your current health condition (if any).
• ・Please wear comfortable clothes for optimal exposure purpose.
• ・Please take care of personal hygiene (body, ear-nose-throat, genital areas) for better examination.
• ・Please inform us before your health checkup if you are feeling unwell or having acute diseases (i.e, fever, cold, diarrhea…). Your appointment could be rescheduled.

• ・Please wait at least 3 to 5 days after your menstrual period ends before taking health check-up to ensure the quality of gynecology examination and relevant tests.
• ・Please inform us immediately if you are pregnant or not sure if you are pregnant because some tests may not be suitable for you.
• ・Please avoid sexual intercourse, douching or vaginal suppositories at least 2 to 3 days to ensure accurate Pap’s smear result.
• ・Drink plenty of water to have a full bladder at least 01 hour before transabdominal ultrasound for gynecology examination. If you cannot hold your urine, please inform us immediately.
• ・Please inform your doctor if you are unmarried before transvaginal ultrasound.
• ・Do not use deodorant or powder in under arm and breast areas if you are taking mammography.

Clients can park at 1 of 2 areas listed below:
Mplaza basement

• ・DYM clinic only pays for your first 2 hours. From the 3rd hour onwards, the fee is 10,000VND/hour.
• Parking outside Mplaza
• ・The public parking lot of Ho Chi Minh Book Street located on Hai Ba Trung Street, opposite the Intercontinental Hotel
• ・Unlimited parking time

Please contact DYM’s receptionist after you finish health check-up to receive 2 hours free parking ticket.
DYM clinic has not supported car parking fee yet.
